We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a highly available and efficient infrastructure that supports our artificial intelligence-based healthcare solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, with remote work during assigned shifts, and a dedicated focus on supporting our US-based clients.

Timezone & Shift Alignment

  • This role involves providing L1 support and production reliability coverage for US clients and requires working a fixed 8-hour shift aligned with US time zones (Eastern, Central or Pacific).
  • The specific shift will be assigned based on business needs and clearly communicated in advance. While additional hours are generally not expected, any extra hours will be compensated separately in accordance with our company policy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support for US-based clients, with prior experience in similar timezone aligned roles preferred.

Distribute AI and vision-centric software to our customers on Linux and Windows platforms.

Work closely with US-based customers to debug and solve recurring

deployment and support issues.

Provide L1 support by monitoring system health, triaging alerts, and handling incidents during your shift.

Build and optimize reliable services that enable swift and scalable product

delivery.

Automate environment setup and configuration for customer deployments across various platforms.

Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection.

Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.

Own communication for production issues with internal teams and external

stakeholders.

Continuously push the production standard forward and develop a customer-centric support culture.

Support and troubleshoot configuration and environment setup issues across customer sites.

Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to streamline support processes.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience supporting US-based clients in a shift-based work environment is essential, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality support during US business hours.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or technical support roles.

Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Linux environments, basic scripting, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).

Familiarity with monitoring/logging platforms like Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, or similar.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and basic networking concepts.

Basic programming knowledge in any language.

Demonstrated knowledge of SQL.
