The Oracle SaaS-at-Customer Operation team is looking for self-motivated, an Agile Principal Production Services Developer and Operations support with DevOps culture and a dynamic hands-on team player to join our global team and work at the cutting edge of Oracle's Cloud technologies and Fusion Applications.
The Oracle SaaS-at-Customer (S@C) service is an offering that gives Oracle customers the software and services provided by the Oracle Public Cloud on hardware installed in the customer's own data centre. Members of the S@C Operations team are responsible for delivering strategic technical support and solutions to S@C customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Team members will be engaged in Cloud infrastructure build & release deployments, SaaS at Customer Fusion Applications support and CIS (Control Plane) but not limited to. They are also expected to collaborate with the core product development to address extremely complex, critical customer system issues on a routine basis and document technical solutions
This position is for FULL TIME work primarily day shift 16*7 model (APAC, EMEA shifts) for maintenance & support activities in DevSecOps model. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Provide direction and mentoring to others.
As a Senior Production Service Developer and Operations support, you will be part of the DevSecOps team, you will combine software and systems engineering to build, package, release and integrate tools and applications that will strengthen and innovate in the Cloud space within the Oracle SaaS-at-Customer cloud and infrastructure. You will play a critical role in the development , execution and support of cloud Operations to improve the overall scalability, reliability, and security posture of Oracle's SaaS services. Play a key role in the DevSecOps team that develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools etc

Responsibilities
Mandatory Skills:
- B.Tech/Relevant degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience relevant to functional area with 7+ years of software engineering and atleast 3 years of DevSecOps culture.
- Seasoned application administrator with hands-on experience on technologies as like Fusion middleware, WebLogic / SOA / OEM.
- Experience in Apps/DB Maintenance activities like Cloning & Upgrades & Troubleshooting including Backups, Recovery, Performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud solutions and security engineering/design experience on one of the major cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI (preferred).
- Extensive experience in using Terraform for orchestrating application resources and infrastructure in CI/CD platform.
- Extensive experience with scripting and coding languages like shell/ Python
- Knowledge of storage (ZFS preferred), IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall (F5).
Good to have skills:
- Experience developing cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools such as Puppet, Jenkins, Ansible, Rundeck and Git is a plus
- Knowledge on Fusion Applications, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (EMCC), Oracle Identity Management Suite (IDM) is a big plus.
