Job Summary:

The Project Manager He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project. This includes coordinating with contractors, consultants, and the client to ensure the project is executed efficiently, within budget, and on time. The role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the Township and Development Project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to project handover.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and the client to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

Ensure adherence to the project's timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, ensuring the contractor's work complies with the contract documents.

Manage communications and document flow between stakeholders.

Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the client.

Oversee the project's compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

10-12+ years of experience in project management within construction

Strong experience with PMC, project planning, and execution

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project)

Fluent in English
