Site Manager

. Planning and ensuring correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access

. Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of the project.

. Managing workers and sub-contractors on site.

. Liaising with main-con for any site-related submissions.

. Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site.

. Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget.

. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.

. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

. Ensurebriefing/re-briefing of RA to workers/sub-contractors by supervisor.

. Implement necessary control measures to mitigate unsafe work and to prevent recurrence.

. Maintain accurate project records and reports.

. Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager. and assess any foreseeable risks arising from workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
