Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, quality, and safety standards

  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other site personnel to optimise productivity and efficiency

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring deadlines and cost targets are met

  • Identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the construction process

  • Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and the wider project team to provide updates and manage expectations

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

    What we're looking for

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role

    • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish

    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices, as well as relevant building regulations and legislation

    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

    • Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
