Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and coordinate all site workpreparations, manpower, and materials to ensure compliance with quality,environmental, workplace safety, and health (EHS) requirements.
  • Review survey drawings and reference points to ensuresite works are carried out accurately and meet the required quality standards.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to site staff, ensuringwork is performed in accordance with approved procedures and process controls.
  • Monitor project progress against the approved scheduleand budget, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants,subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensuresmooth project execution.
  • Identify, document, and manage variations, additionalworks, and day works issued by the client, and communicate these to theQuantity Surveying team for cost evaluation.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary,investigate root causes, and ensure timely implementation of corrective andpreventive actions.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Company's QualityManagement System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and WorkplaceSafety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments for site activities andimplement appropriate control measures to minimise safety and environmentalrisks.
  • Address findings from environmental, health, and safetyinspections, and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
  • Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliancewith all statutory regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation,reports, and records as required.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned bythe Project Manager or Director, Project Operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of site management experience, ,preferably in Civil Engineering
  • Organised, meticulous, responsible individual with positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills
