Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Site Engineer specializing in Mivan formwork and high-rise residential buildings. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. Responsibilities include supervising Mivan shuttering and concreting operations, monitoring quality control at every stage, and verifying that construction aligns with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing daily progress reports, tracking material and labor utilization, and supporting project planning to maintain schedules and budgets. The Site Engineer will also participate in site meetings, address technical issues on the ground, and collaborate closely with project management and quality teams to drive timely, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong on-site execution capabilities, including supervision of high-rise residential projects and familiarity with Mivan formwork systems.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Proficiency in quality control practices, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering concepts and their application in high-rise residential construction.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise or large-scale residential projects; experience with Mivan technology is a strong advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction specifications.
- Familiarity with construction management tools, MS Office, and basic project reporting.
