Site Engineer - Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing

Job Responsibilities

• Design, estimation, and tendering for MEP project scope.
• Coordination with consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
• Preparation of shop drawings, coordination of drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Preparing material requisitions according to approved shop drawings.
• Preparing procurement schedules for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conducting inspections with consultants and clients and obtaining approvals.
• Project planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities and correspondence. Project monitoring and progress reviews.
• Determining project schedules by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Preparing technical evaluation reports and project costing reports (Plan Value & Earned Value).

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant sector or equivalent
• Minimum 4-8 years of experience in a similar role in the field of Building Service Engineering
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Exposure to overseas projects would be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
