Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with standards on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in managing site activities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and equipment for construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to define project specifications and requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop solutions to improve system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site technicians.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction or site management.
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in India.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience and familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
