Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Site Coordinator. The Site Coordinator will oversee daily operations at various project sites, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of interior projects, modular kitchens, wardrobes with design specifications.

Managing unloading, coordinating with teams, monitoring work progress, resolving on-site issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and reporting on project status to team. Collaboration with subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, project scheduling, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality standards in construction and furniture installation.
• Familiarity with reading of technical drawings and design blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in the furniture or interior design industry, particularly modular solutions, is an advantage.
• An understanding of modern construction tools, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications or tools is a plus.
