Required Skills

• Strong experience with Siebel CRM 6.0 architecture and components.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript, VBScript).
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Understanding of Siebel EAI, Workflows, and Integration Objects.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
