Job Overview:
Teceze is seeking an experienced Shopify Developer with expertise in Shopify Plus and advanced third‑party integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and managing a scalable, content‑rich, and automated e‑commerce ecosystem. Key responsibilities include implementing dynamic pricing models, localized content management, multi‑supplier product integration, and streamlined automated order processing. A major focus of this role will be the development and ongoing management of 50 localized online stores tailored to diverse international markets, ensuring seamless performance and adaptability across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop localized storefronts: Build and maintain 50 international e‑commerce storefronts using Shopify Plus.
- Integrate Icecat Commerce: Connect Shopify Plus with Icecat Commerce to manage supplier integration, product information management (PIM), and automated order processing.
- Implement dynamic pricing: Configure pricing logic and SKU merging across multiple suppliers through Icecat Commerce.
- Manage localized content: Ensure product content is tailored and displayed effectively to meet regional market requirements.
- Establish connectors: Create and maintain connectors to push product content, inventory data, and dynamic pricing from Icecat to Shopify.
- Automate order workflows: Design automated order management processes, including regional order routing and supplier API integration.
- Optimize scalability: Continuously enhance platform scalability, performance, and multi‑store configurations to support growth across 50 markets.
- Monitor system performance: Track system behavior and proactively resolve issues related to data synchronization, API integration, and platform scalability.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Shopify Plus expertise: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Shopify Plus development and customization.
- Icecat Commerce proficiency: Hands‑on experience with supplier integration, product information management (PIM), and order automation using Icecat Commerce.
- Multi‑store management: Skilled in Shopify Markets or multi‑store configurations within Shopify Plus.
- API integration knowledge: Strong understanding of Shopify's API capabilities, integration limits, and best practices.
- Dynamic pricing expertise: Experience implementing dynamic pricing mechanisms and SKU merging logic across multiple suppliers.
- Order automation skills: Familiarity with automated order processing, inventory synchronization, and purchase order management via API.
- Programming proficiency: Strong coding skills in Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relevant backend technologies.
- Scalability and localization: Excellent understanding of e‑commerce platform scalability, localization strategies, and multi‑market management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- International e‑commerce experience: Prior background in developing global e‑commerce stores with extensive localization and automation.
- Shopify certifications: Formal certifications in Shopify development (preferred but not mandatory).
