Shift Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time Shift Manager Role.

The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain product quality, and handle inventory. Responsibilities include training employees, addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with Subway's standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

The Shift Manager will also be responsible for scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and supporting the team during high-demand periods.

Qualification:

• Prior Experience of Shift Handling is Mandatory in QSR Industry.
• Experience in restaurant management, staff supervision, and customer service
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to handle inventory management and maintain product quality
• Proficient in scheduling, performance monitoring, and training staff
• Ability to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Capability to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Relevant experience in the food service industry is a plus
