Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
• Setting tasks and development goals.
• Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with databases and other systems and platforms as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for end-users. Can use Lucid or Visio to diagram system architecture, data, and process flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and data processing
• Create and maintain Power Apps templates, Power Automate workflows, Power BI, and SharePoint API integrations
• Develop and maintain security protocols for applications and data access
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and platforms
• Will be working with other members of Operations team to align on best practices and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint APIs. Certifications in Microsoft Power App Maker or similar certificate is preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data processing techniques
• Experience with integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with databases and other systems and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
