Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview in Noida

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
• Customize and configure FSL components including Service Appointments, Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Territories, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Configure and optimize scheduling, dispatching, resource allocation, and mobile workforce management processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Develop custom business logic using Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Platform Events.
• Support Field Service Mobile App configurations and enhancements.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices.
