Job Description - ServiceNow Technical Architect

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Mohali

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Technical Architect responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Design, Development, and Implementation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
  • Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and platform architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – One or more modules.
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation – Preferred.
  • Cloud or Enterprise Architecture certifications – Nice to have.
