The ServiceNow SecOps Lead will drive the design, implementation, and governance of Security Operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading technical teams, engaging stakeholders, architecting enterprise-scale solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SecOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps programs.
- Define architecture, solution design, and integration strategies.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for Security Operations capabilities.
- Lead teams of developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and governance checks.
- Drive implementation of:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Threat Intelligence
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM) integrations
- Collaborate with Security, SOC, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Define roadmaps, release plans, and platform standards.
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
- Support presales activities, effort estimation, and technical proposals.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience integrating security tools, SIEMs, and vulnerability scanners.
- Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ATF, and CMDB.
- Understanding of NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, and vulnerability management processes.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing Agile delivery teams.
