Work Location: Noida

Experience: 6-8 years

Required Skills: ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Now Assist, ServiceNow solution design and implementation, Solution validation and testing, Update Set deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist with solution architecture reviews, validation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.
• Deploy Update Sets across multiple ServiceNow instances.
• Prepare build and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• ServiceNow platform customization and configuration
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and SDLC
• Experience working in Agile environments
