Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs tailored for ServiceNow Long Language Model (LLM) functionalities to enhance the performance and effectiveness of ServiceNow platforms.
- Lead training sessions and workshops targeted towards various teams, including developers and business analysts, focusing on leveraging LLM and Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand specific training needs and customize content accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness and applicability.
- Develop detailed instructional materials, including manuals, documentation, and tutorials that facilitate ease of learning and application.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in LLM and NLP to continuously refine and improve training methodologies and materials.
- Gather feedback from training sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure that training objectives are met within the designated timelines, and manage logistics and coordination for remote training initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, specifically in areas related to LLM and NLP.
- Strong background and proficiency in Python scripting, essential for developing and demonstrating practical applications during training.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with remote teams and deliver content in a clear, concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup, managing time and resources efficiently without close supervision.
- Ability to evaluate learners progress and tailor training approaches to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- Certifications in relevant areas of LLM, NLP, or ServiceNow will be considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials that support the adoption and integration of LLM and NLP within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create engaging learning experiences that facilitate a deeper understanding of essential concepts and applications, tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Manage end-to-end training lifecycle, from content development through to delivery and post-training assessment, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions with trainees to assess learning outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement in training delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to identify new training needs and adjust training programs accordingly to align with organizational goals.
- Implement innovative training technologies and methods to enhance the virtual learning environment and maintain high levels of engagement.
