Job Title: ServiceNow LLM Trainer

Location: India (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time, Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Specialist / Trainer with strong expertise in CSM, ITSM, or HRSD modules to design realistic, scenario-driven workflows used in AI model training.

This is not a configuration or development role instead, you'll translate real enterprise workflows and decision logic into structured, data-driven tasks that help improve AI reasoning around ServiceNow-like processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design scenario-driven tasks based on ServiceNow workflows such as case handling, SLA tracking, HR requests, and IT incidents.

Define decision-making frameworks, taxonomies, and evaluation criteria for model training.

Write clear, natural instructions aligned with ServiceNow business logic.

Represent tasks in JSON and validate datasets using SQL.

Apply prompt engineering principles to create and refine AI training tasks.

Collaborate with peers to expand coverage across ServiceNow domains.

Document reusable patterns, examples, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

46 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (especially CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules).

Deep understanding of workflows, incidents, requests, SLAs, and Knowledge Management.

Strong proficiency in JSON and SQL.

Ability to design realistic enterprise workflows and structured data.

Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.

Available to work 8 hours/day with at least 34 hours overlap with CST (US time zone).

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM or HRSD)

Prior experience with AI model training, data preparation, or prompt engineering.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Information

Contract role: No paid leave or medical benefits.

Full-time commitment required (40 hours/week).

Dual employment not permitted unless explicitly approved.
