Job Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: PAN India

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.

Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers, Discovery schedules, credentials, and patterns.

Maintain CMDB health, CSDM alignment, IRE, and data quality governance.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph Connectors.

Support Event Management, alert correlation, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ITOM solutions.

Configure and manage Event Management, including Event Rules, Alert Rules, Alert Correlation, Alert Aggregation, and Alert Intelligence.

Integrate monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCOM, and Azure Monitor with ServiceNow Event Management.

Configure Connector Definitions, Connector Instances, Event Transform Rules, and Event Mapping Rules.
