We're looking for ServiceNow ITAM expert with hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)

Position: Contract

Work Location: Bengaluru

Experience:6-8 years

Required Skills: ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro), CMDB & CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub, JavaScript / GlideScript, REST / SOAP APIs, SCCM / MECM & Microsoft Intune, ITIL-based Asset & Configuration Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro solutions.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
• Manage end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.
• Perform software normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and optimization.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Build dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics for IT Asset Management.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT Operations teams to ensure asset governance and compliance.
