We're looking for ServiceNow ITAM Developer with hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)

Position: Contract

Work Location: Noida

Experience: 8-10 years

Required Skills: ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro), CMDB & CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub, JavaScript / GlideScript, REST / SOAP APIs, SCCM / MECM & Microsoft Intune, ITIL-based Asset & Configuration Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) applications.
• Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping as required.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and Workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
