Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer Duration: Contract 12+ months Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, design HRSD solutions, and guide the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and clients to understand their HRSD requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document detailed HRSD process requirements and pain points.
Analyze current HRSD processes and propose optimized workflows and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service.
Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to align with HRSD processes and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and external applications.
Conduct testing and support the quality assurance process to ensure the successful implementation of HRSD solutions.
Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the development and configuration of HRSD functionalities.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define and implement HRSD service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support change management activities, including user training and communication, to ensure the successful adoption of ServiceNow HRSD.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Provide subject matter expertise on HRSD best practices and industry trends to clients and internal teams.
Document functional requirements, user stories, and configuration specifications for HRSD solutions.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst, with a focus on HR Service Delivery.
Strong understanding of HRSD processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service.
Knowledge of HR systems and integrations, with the ability to design and configure seamless data flows between systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex HRSD requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HR Service Delivery or Human Resources are highly desirable.
Knowledge of HR industry standards and frameworks, such as HR-XML or HR Open Standards, is a plus.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is beneficial.
