Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation, custom application development, and AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role focuses on leveraging the latest capabilities from Zurich/Yokohama releases to build modern, scalable, and intelligent workflows, going beyond traditional ITSM configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer (PAD)
• Build custom Playbooks and Declarative Actions
• Develop custom applications using App Engine
• Create UI using UI Builder, Workspace, and custom screens
• Implement Now Assist and AI Studio capabilities
• Explore Agentic AI for workflow automation
• Work with Integration Hub and ensure proper data binding
• Develop logic using JavaScript and Glide APIs
