Job Description :
Ensure feasibility and clarity of business requirements that are taken up for development
Provide technical and functional assistance to members of the team
Work closely with scrum master in terms of scheduling, task allocation etc.
Generate/ update SDLC artifacts such as Business Requirement Document, Design documents and Requirements Traceability Matrix
Participation in process and workflow reviews
Develop/Maintain the programs to meet the business specifications
Adherence to SN & JS best practices
Identify releases, ensure integration as per planned sequence and communicate release notification
Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client
Communication by means of Chat/emails etc. with the Client (If required)
Status reporting to the client on a daily/weekly basis
Establish direct communication with Architects at the client end on all technical issues (If required)
Minimum 4 years working experience in ServiceNow required. Good knowledge of ITSM, Integrations, CSM & CMDB required. ITOM will be a ++.
