Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to join our high-performing ServiceNow implementation team. This role involves working exclusively on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects, driving end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor capable of leading specific implementation tracks such as Incident Management and Integrations, while collaborating within an agile, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to ServiceNow implementation projects, focusing on modules like Incident Management and Integrations.
- Work within Scrum/Agile frameworks, delivering solutions in two-week sprints through well-defined user stories, tasks, testing, and peer reviews.
- Design and develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business and IT requirements.
- Act as a Solution Architect or Senior Developer during project delivery as required.
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives to improve process efficiency and system performance.
- Contribute to practice development through activities like hiring, presales, resourcing, or innovation initiatives.
- Promote and enforce best development practices, mentoring team members to maintain high coding and configuration standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (not limited to enhancements or managed services).
- Hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, ITOM or any sub modules.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to lead discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight project timelines.
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory):
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred
- ITIL Certification Desired
- Scrum Master Certification Preferred
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA or equivalent technical background
