Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize ServiceNow platform to improve the user experience and enhance functionality.
- Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other applications and systems.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues and bugs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-13 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, such as REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow update sets and version control.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
