Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Popular Mega Motors. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, including managing and supervising service technicians, coordinating service schedules, resolving customer complaints, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
