Test and evaluate existing IT systems, performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation of IT services.
Serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues, managing functional escalations until resolution.
Provide technical input into platform design, changes, and lifecycle management.
Deliver IT services, systems, and applications to the business, ensuring quality standards defined by the IT organization are met.
Respond appropriately to audit and Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) assessment findings and recommendations.
Define and manage an end-to-end provisioning process, facilitating automation where possible.
Perform patch and image management activities, ensuring standard builds/images and accurate provisioning of services.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all technology assets, ensuring the use of authorized components only.
Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Technical Operations service scope.
Coordinate all CMDB changes impacting production services, ensuring CIs are properly managed.
Expirence Requirements:
3-5 years of applicable experience as Administrator.
Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Expertise in Process Management (Major Incident Management, Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Continuous Service Improvement, Knowledge), specializing in 1 to 2 areas.
Experience in Vendor Management, including service level management.
Shift: Bangalore EMEA 1 (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST)
On call one weekend every 4 weeks.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
