Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM applications
Build and enhance Employee Center Pro / Service Portal

Key Skills

ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
Employee Center Pro or Service Portal experience
Basic scripting (JavaScript)
Workflow/Flow Designer

Responsibilities

Configure ITSM modules
Build portal pages and catalog items
Automate workflows
Work with business teams and fix issues

Good to Have

ServiceNow certification (CSA)
Experience with integrations
