ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + Employee Center Pro)

Experience

  • 2-5 years

Role

  • Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM applications
  • Build and enhance Employee Center Pro / Service Portal

Key Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
  • Employee Center Pro or Service Portal experience
  • Basic scripting (JavaScript)
  • Workflow/Flow Designer

Responsibilities

  • Configure ITSM modules
  • Build portal pages and catalog items
  • Automate workflows
  • Work with business teams and fix issues

Good to Have

  • ServiceNow certification (CSA)
  • Experience with integrations
