Role: Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager – SAP AMS
Experience:
- 12–15 years of overall experience.
- 6–8 years of experience managing SAP AMS (Application Management Services) support engagements.
Role Overview:
The Service Delivery Manager will lead and manage large-scale SAP AMS engagements with end-to-end ownership of delivery, governance, financials, and client relationships. The role requires strong leadership in handling multi-tower AMS programs, ensuring SLA adherence, driving transformation initiatives, and delivering high customer satisfaction in a global delivery model.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial governance, multi-vendor management, SLA-driven service delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring superior service quality and continuous improvement.
Required Skills Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing SAP AMS engagements and support programs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Handson experience in SLA driven delivery governance and escalations management.
- Proven experience managing large teams 50 - 100 resources and multi geography delivery
- Strong exposure to SAP landscapes ECC, S4HANA, GRC, Solman, BW, BTP, PI/PO, CPI.
- Experience with ticketing tools ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy.
- Experience in commercial models TM fixed price ticket-based AMS pricing.
- Strong risk management escalation handling and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
- Ability to balance operational stability with continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills.
