Job Scope
Generate quotations to customer
- To assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs
- To check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers
- To check & ensure that prices quoted from vendors are competitive
- To track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man
- To track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs
- To prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner
- To assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment
- To assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field
