Job description (Server Admin)

POSITION FUNCTION:
We require highly skilled and articulate linux system & network administrator who would be ; Tech or equivalent degree in curriculum. Hands on experience on Linux systems and cloud based infrastructure like AWS.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Troubleshooting
2. ISMS processes and policies
3. Server hardening
4. Security Audit
5. Security Fixing
6. AWS cloud management (EC2, RDS, Route53 etc)
7. Linode cloud management
8. Linux
9. MySQL
10. Python
11. Nginx
12. Shell Scripting
13. IT services
14. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
15. Strong System Administration skill which includes installing Linux server, shell scripting,system configuration and over all Linux knowledge.
16. Strong knowledge of System Monitoring tools and ability and interest to learn and
implement unfamiliar technologies.
17. Must be efficient enough to manage all internet applications inclusive to DNS, Redis,
Nginx, MySQL, Python, etc.
18. Good Knowledge of cloud hosting, preferably aws.
19. Taking frequent backup of data, creating new storage procedures and scheduled backup is one of the duties.
20. Reviewing all the error logs and fixing it and troubleshooting.
21. Experience in any scripting language like Shell / Perl would be an added advantage.
22. Experience in Git would be an added advantage.
23. Obtain product, test it and document for deployment.
24. Diagnosis and problem solving and Tuning of Server-client architecture
25. Coordinating with customers and Intra Department employees
26. Good communication (Verbal/Written), Responsibility taking and Learning attitude.
