About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Expert with strong experience in SEO, GEO, AEO, AI Search Optimization and data-led organic growth.
The ideal candidate should understand how search is evolving across Google, AI search platforms, answer engines and user-intent-based discovery. This role requires someone who can improve organic visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, optimize websites and landing pages, and use AI tools and automation to scale search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings and qualified leads.
- Optimize websites, landing pages and content for search engines, AI search platforms and answer engines.
- Work on GEO – Generative Engine Optimization and AEO – Answer Engine Optimization strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis and user intent mapping.
- Manage on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup and content optimization.
- Monitor and improve website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools.
- Analyze SEO performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data.
- Collaborate with content, web development, design and performance marketing teams.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes for indexing, crawlability, page speed and structured data.
- Use AI tools, automation tools and web scraping platforms to improve research, content planning and SEO workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO, search intent and content strategy.
- Practical experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Knowledge of GEO / AEO / AI Search Optimization.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure and improve SEO results.
- Good understanding of website structure, landing page optimization and conversion-focused SEO.
- Ability to work from office in Margao, South Goa.
AI & Automation Skills Required
Experience with AI automation or web scraping tools such as:
- Gumloop
- Apify
- n8n
- ChatGPT / Claude/ AI tools for SEO
- Other similar automation platforms
Knowledge of these tools will be a strong advantage for scaling SEO research, content workflows, competitor tracking and data extraction.
