Legal Teams at most of these companies are often buried with mountains of mundane work and their business counterparts are often frustrated with slow turnaround times and lack of visibility. SpotDraft aims to solve this massive globally applicable problem.

Were currently actively expanding our footprint in India, USA, Canada, UK & Singapore. SpotDraft is used by big brands such as AirBnb and Panasonic as well as fast-growing global startups such as Notion, Apollo, Chargebee, and many more. On average, SpotDraft saves in-house legal counsels 10 hours per week and helps close deals 2x faster.

About the role:

(This is an individual contributor role)

We are looking for a Content Marketer to manage and elevate our company blog. Were looking for someone who can help us 10x our blog traffic in the next 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO and how to optimize our blog for conversions. They will be responsible for creating pillar landing pages (LPs) with a structural internal-linking system incorporating supporting blog posts. This role is pivotal in driving relevant organic traffic, nurturing our audience, and converting visitors into loyal customers.


Blog Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company blog, ensuring consistent and high-quality content publication.
  • Create a system to scale up work with freelance writers, designers, agencies and other team members to produce engaging and relevant content. This should include how to recruit, train, evaluate output early, and manage the people involved.
  • Optimize blog content for search engines (SEO) and user experience.

Conversion Optimization:

  • Implement strategies to drive conversions through the blog, including CTAs, lead magnets, and email opt-ins.
  • Monitor blog performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve conversion rates.
  • A/B test different content and design elements to determine the most effective conversion strategies.

Pillar Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage pillar landing pages that serve as comprehensive resources on key topics.
  • Link pillar content to relevant supporting blog posts, ensuring a cohesive user journey.

SEO Strategy:

  • Develop a keyword-research strategy that specifically targets our ICP to build an audience with a good fit for our product.
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities based on our internal product roadmap, market research, competitor analysis, and audience feedback.
  • Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with company goals and audience needs.
  • Build high-quality backlinks to our site and help increase our domain authority.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, design, and product, to ensure content aligns with broader company initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on blog performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics to stakeholders.


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, blog management and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrable results building SEO strategies that help increase traffic and conversions.
  • Proficient in content management systems (e.g., Webflow) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
