We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Executive to lead, plan, and implement WAM (Warehouse and Manufacturing) processes for our Pune plant. The role involves overseeing Supply Chain, PPC (Production Planning and Control), and Warehouse Management while fostering a culture of continual improvement and operational excellence.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Develop and execute effective PPC strategies to optimize production workflows and resource allocation.
- Plan, implement, and monitor warehouse operations to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
- Promote a continual improvement mindset to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient storage practices.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and workflows for improved productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Generate and present reports on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of WAM processes and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain tools, inventory management systems, and ERP software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
