Job Description:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with proven experience working for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling through visuals, have a strong understanding of brand communication, and be capable of producing high-quality videos that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Edit engaging product, lifestyle, and ad videos for digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Manage end-to-end post-production trimming, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final export.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for reels, ads, and social media snippets.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and storytelling style across all video outputs.
- Stay updated on D2C video trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.
- Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and assets for easy accessibility.
Requirements:
- 25 years of professional experience as a Video Editor, preferably in D2C or eCommerce brands.
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good sense of timing, visual composition, and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of cinematography, sound, and lighting is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and ad content creation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive communication.
