- Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (Hybrid: mix of WFH + in-office. 3 days in office/week)

Role Summary
We're hiring a performance-creative editor to craft fast-cut, viral ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels) and TikTok. You'll transform diverse input footage into engaging, conversion-focused3060s edits and longer VSLs designed for constant testing and scale. This is not film/cinematic workyour edits live inside paid social and must hook in the first second, tell a tight story, and convert.
You're a versatile, quick video editor who prioritizes speed and creativity and can also create motion graphics (titles, kinetic text, simple animations, CTA cards) to boost retention and clarity.
What You'll Work With (Inputs)
- Raw UGC/testimonials/unboxings/product B-roll
- Script + angle notes (hooks, offer, CTA), brand kit, performance context
What you'll ship (outputs)
- 9:16 primary edits (plus 1:1/4:5 when needed)
- Hook/first-second variants, captions/overlays, CTA end cards
- Motion graphics elements: kinetic text, animated supers, transitions
- Clean, versioned project files

Responsibilities
- Cut direct-response ads with rapid pacing, pattern breaks, and punchy CTAs
- Build narratives from disparate clips: problem agitate solve proof offer
- Design and animate motion graphics that sharpen message and improve watch-through
- Add subtitles, SFX, memes where relevant; keep to platform specs and brand guardrails
- Ship fast and iterate quickly from feedback/performance notes
Must-haves
- 25 years editing paid-social ads for DTC (Meta/TikTok) portfolio required
- Strong video editing + motion graphics skills (show real examples similar to the reference)
- Direct-response instincts: hooks, pacing, offer clarity, CTA focus
- Tools:Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Final Cut / CapCut + After Effects (titles, kinetic text, simple MGFX; Fusion a plus)
- Excellent editingspeed, creativity, communication, and file hygiene
Nice-to-haves
- Platform nuances (safe zones, length, compliance)
- Comfort with AI helpers (auto-captions, transcript edits, cleanup tools)
- Basic color/audio polish
Not a good fit - Long-form, film/brand films, corporate/slow cinematic edits.
