Job Description

1. Edit High-Performance Video Ads
  • Create short-form Meta/Google/Amazon ads optimized for CTR & conversions
  • Build multiple variations quicklyhooks, cuts, subtitles, overlays, transitions
  • Maintain brand tone, pacing, and storytelling style
2. Adobe Suite Expertise

Must be strong in:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing)
  • Adobe After Effects (graphics, animations, dynamic titles, effects)
  • Adobe Photoshop (thumbnails, frames, product shots)
  • Adobe Audition (basic sound cleanup)

Bonus:

  • Basic color grading & LUT management
  • Working knowledge of DaVinci/Figma is a plus
3. Fast Execution + Creative Output
  • Ability to work in high-speed production cycles
  • Deliver multiple edits daily (515 variations depending on complexity)
  • Rapidly convert feedback into updated versions
  • Maintain organized timelines, project files & backup structure
4. Content Creation & Scripting Understanding
  • Understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and user psychology
  • Help improve script direction and shot ideas
  • Recommend new video formats based on trending ads
5. Performance-Driven Editing
  • Convert raw footage into high-CTR videos
  • A/B test different hooks, titles, fonts, and effects
  • Understand ad metrics enough to improve content (CTR, CPV, CPAs)
6. Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work closely with founder/marketing team daily
  • Maintain a high level of communication & responsiveness
  • Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Skills Required
  • Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
  • Ability to create fast-paced, engaging cuts
  • Expertise in subtitles (kinetic typography preferred)
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing & storytelling
  • Understanding of D2C ad style (beauty, wellness, fitness, pooja products, digital products)
  • Ability to produce multiple versions fast
  • Creative problem-solving & willingness to experiment
Performance Expectations
  • 1020 high-quality video variations per week
  • Completion of most edits within 2436 hours
  • Maintain 90%+ output accuracy based on given brand guidelines
  • Deliver video ads that consistently improve CTR & CPC numbers
