About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
- Manage and optimize video rendering workflows, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely exports.
- Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues, while providing mentorship to junior editors.

- Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs.
- Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
