Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced About the Job Sr. video Editor who can independently manage the complete video production lifecycle conceptualisation, planning, shooting, editing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative direction, technical production expertise, and leadership skills to guide a video team toward delivering high-impact, high-quality content consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire video team, including editors, videographers, interns, and production crew.
- Plan, direct, and execute high-quality video shoots covering lighting, cinematography, camera angles, set design, and on-site coordination.
- Supervise and review video edits across multiple content formats such as ads, reels, interviews, tutorials, long-form videos, and more.
- Establish and maintain robust production workflows, quality standards, and creative guidelines.
- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing Team to align creative requirements and campaign goals.
- Oversee and maintain production equipment, studio resources, and inventory.
- Conduct team training, performance evaluations, and creative feedback sessions to upskill the team.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and continuously improve output quality and team performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas and editing styles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on video editing experience (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting setups, cinematography, and camera operations.
- Expertise in sound design, color correction/grading, smooth transitions, and overall visual storytelling.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team.
- Ability to multitask, work under tight timelines, and manage fast-paced projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Advanced After Effects skills

Knowledge of animation, VFX, or stylised motion design
