Arviend Sud is one of India's fastest-growing brands in Numerology, Vastu, and Self-Development. Our YouTube channel and digital ecosystem have built a community of hundreds of thousands of learners and seekers inspired by Arviend Sud's teachings on destiny, numbers, and life transformation.

We create high-quality long-form educational content, short-form social media videos, and documentary-style event films from our live workshops, webinars, and programs across India.

Our goal: to make Numerology and Vastu mainstream through storytelling, authenticity, and cinematic visuals.

We're now looking for a Senior Video Editor who can bring vision, precision, and creative excellence to our video storytelling someone who doesn't just cut clips, but builds emotion, rhythm, and impact.

• Lead Video Editing Projects: Own the editing process end-to-end for YouTube, courses, event highlights, and social campaigns.
• Long-form Mastery: Edit and structure long-form YouTube videos, talk shows, and workshops (3090 minutes) with professional pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Short-form Excellence: Repurpose long videos into high-performing shorts, reels, and ads optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Creative Storytelling: Convert raw workshop or shoot footage into emotionally engaging narratives that retain viewer attention and reflect the brand's depth.
• Motion & Visual Design: Integrate cinematic transitions, text overlays, visual effects, and dynamic motion graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
• Sound Design & Color Grading: Handle background scores, mixing, and grading for polished output ready for publishing.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to align creative direction with performance goals.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with YouTube, Instagram, and video editing trends, tools, and techniques that can elevate production quality.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized file structures, backups, and version control for all projects.
  

• 6+ years of experience in video editing, with proven work across both long-form and short-form content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Demonstrated ability to tell stories through pacing, music, and visuals especially in education, events, or influencer-driven formats.
• Strong sense of composition, timing, and cinematic aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience with YouTube channels, digital education brands, or lifestyle creators is a strong plus.
• On-site availability in our office in Delhi (Janak Puri)
