Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging reels for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Edit tutorial video content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Develop consistent-looking videos that align with and promote the brand.
- Assist in the development and execution of video content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
- Incorporate motion graphics into videos as needed, with a willingness to learn and improve skills in this area.
- Utilize basic social media analytics to inform and improve video content.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Interest in motion graphics and ability to work with them or learn as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
- Previous experience in Ed-tech or HR-tech is advantageous.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
A Note on Location:
You will be required to work from an office up to 3 times a week, with general flexibility to work remotely from time to time.
