Key Responsibilities
- Handle international travel requests for air, hotel, transfers, and other related services.
- Design and present tailor-made itineraries for leisure, corporate, and MICE clients.
- Manage group travel arrangements, including conferences, incentives, and events.
- Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and pre-departure communication.
- Maintain client profiles, travel preferences, and budgets for repeat business.
- Provide advice on travel documents, visa processes, insurance, and health regulations.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company and supplier policies.
- Ensure high accuracy in calculations, costing, and invoicing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage post-trip feedback.
