Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Client Handling: Manage inquiries, understand client preferences, and provide customized travel solutions.
  2. Itinerary Planning: Design and curate domestic & international travel packages, ensuring the best experiences for customers.
  3. Booking & Coordination: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
  4. Vendor & Partner Relations: Negotiate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels for competitive rates.
  5. Customer Support: Provide seamless pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip support to travelers.
  6. Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through new client acquisitions and repeat business.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

Key Requirements:

  1. Knowledge: Familiarity with international & domestic destinations, travel products, and pricing.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in travel booking systems (GDS), CRM tools, and MS Office.
  4. Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
