Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and functional testing on TCS BaNCS applications.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Document and track defects using tools like JIRA.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews.
- Prepare test data and optimize test cases for coverage and quality.
- Report progress and metrics to test managers.
Preferred Domain Expertise:
- Core Banking, Capital Markets, Trade Finance, Treasury, and ACIES.
- Experience with systems like Flexcube, EMC, SECORE, and TCS BaNCS.
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Cash Settlements, and Batch Processing.
Skills & Tools:
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
