Our client is a platform enabling businesses to know their customers with confidence. We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who will be coming from specific practice of technology from Top Tier Recruitment Consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end ownership of senior-level technology hiring across Engineering, Data, Product, and Platform functions, ensuring strong talent pipelines and predictable closures.
2. Drive niche and leadership hiring mandates by leveraging deep understanding of technology roles, competitive intel, market mapping, and advanced sourcing strategies.
3. Partner closely with business and tech leaders to define talent requirements, refine role specs, and shape hiring strategy aligned to company's fast-scaling tech roadmap.
4. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through structured assessments, competency-based evaluations, and transparent communication across all touchpoints.
5. Leverage consulting-firm-grade recruitment rigor, including research-led sourcing, executive search methods, negotiation excellence, and stakeholder management to consistently close high-impact roles within defined SLAs.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 35 years
2. Education: Full-time MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute
