We are seeking highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition department. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Represent the company's culture, mission, and values in the talent market
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to support rapid team scaling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- 6-9 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Strong expertise in Engineering, Product & Design hiring and market dynamics
- Proven success hiring for startups or SaaS-based companies
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, communities, events, and other channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
