Role Overview:
Chargebee is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to execute complex technical programs requiring deep business, product, and engineering knowledge. This role is pivotal in leading initiatives that enhance platform scalability and could also drive product initiatives critical to the business. With a strong foundation in SaaS technologies, customer-centric thinking, and program management methodologies, the ideal candidate will collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience in Fintech, Billing, or Subscription-based services is a strong plus.
